Terms and Conditions for Nineteen Events

Introduction

Welcome to Nineteen Events. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including event planning, management, and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Nineteen Events”: Refers to our company, including all employees, agents, and subcontractors.
• “Client”: Refers to any individual or organization that engages Nineteen Events for services.
• “Services”: Refers to all event planning, management, and related services provided by Nineteen Events.
• “Agreement”: Refers to the contract between Nineteen Events and the Client, including these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Nineteen Events offers a range of event planning and management services. The specific services provided to the Client will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To book our services, Clients must complete a booking form and sign a written agreement.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be detailed in the written agreement.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest and additional fees as specified in the agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Clients may cancel their booking in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the schedule outlined in the agreement.
• Nineteen Events Cancellations: Nineteen Events reserves the right to cancel services if the Client breaches any terms of the agreement. In such cases, refunds will be provided at the discretion of Nineteen Events.

5. Changes to Services

Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be requested in writing. Nineteen Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled. Additional fees may apply for changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Information and Cooperation: The Client must provide accurate information and cooperate fully with Nineteen Events.
• Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the event comply with relevant laws, regulations, and venue rules.

7. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Nineteen Events’ liability for any claims arising out of this agreement will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.
• Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Nineteen Events harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Client’s actions or omissions.

8. Confidentiality

Nineteen Events will treat all Client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Nineteen Events in the course of providing services remains the property of Nineteen Events unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Force Majeure

Nineteen Events will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any agreement between Nineteen Events and the Client will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nineteen Events is based.

12. Amendments

Nineteen Events reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
